Rabbi Seth Mandell, Koby's father, is the Founder and President of The Koby Mandell Foundation. Rabbi Mandell has been involved in Jewish education programs since 1982. He was the Director of the Hillel Foundation at the University of Maryland. Under his leadership, the Hillel program became one of the largest and most active Jewish college educational programs in North America. In addition, he has an extensive background in Jewish communal work and Jewish education. A seasoned orator, Rabbi Mandell speaks globally about The Koby Mandell Foundation and current topics in Israel.

Sherri Mandell, Koby's mom is the founder of The Koby Mandell Foundation Mother's Healing Retreat. The idea for creating a Healing program was born from her personal experience with grief since Koby's murder. In addition to providing the program with vision and sensitivity she manages the creative and organizational elements of the program. Sherri is a distinguished writer with extensive publications worldwide. Her book, "The Blessing of a Broken Heart", has been translated into three languages and was the winner of the National Jewish Book Award in 2004. She also is the winner a of B'nai Brith International's Women to Watch award, and Aish Hatorah's Bonei  Yerushalayim award.  In 2010 she received first prize in Moment Magazine's Karma Short Story Contest.

 Reuven Angstreich serves as Executive Director of The Koby Mandell Foundation and as Director of Camp Koby. Roy, who has an Masters in Social Work Degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, previously served as the Administrator of Beit Midrash L"Torah in Jerusalem. He has served as the Director of Camp Simcha in Israel, a camp for children suffering,from cancer and cerebral palsy and owner and director of Camp Ariel, a sleep away camp in Israel for English speakers.

Todd Sukol is the Development Consultant for KMF. Mr. Sukol is the Founder and President of a Bethesda-based marketing and public relations firm. He is a founding board member of The Koby Mandell Foundation. His connection to the Mandells is both personal and professional, dating back to his tenure as a student at Penn State when Rabbi Seth Mandell was the Hillel rabbi on campus.

Jackie Goldman, Coordinator of the Koby Mandell Foundation's Counseling and Support Services, received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Yeshiva University - Stern College for Women, and her Master's in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. A former Director of Counseling Services for the Ramah Programs in Israel, she conducts Counseling workshops for the Jewish Agency and various youth organizations, and Resilience and Coping workshops for the Education Project of the Israel Center for the Treatment of Psychotrauma.

Rabbi Dovid Kupinsky serves as the Program Director of KMF and Head Counselor of Camp Koby. He received ordination at Yeshivat Hamivtar and his B.Ed. from Herzog College in Gush Etzion, Israel. He previously served as Rabbi at the Baron Hirsh Synagogue in Memphis, Tennessee as well as their director of education and youth programming. He also served as Director of camp Darom, a sleep away camp in the southern United states.
